Coaching Calls and Performance Review
Personalized Marketing Service is what you’ll receive when you choose to work with Insurance Marketing Partners. We will meet with you on a regular basis just as you likely do with the rest of your agency’s leadership team. We’ll discuss current initiatives, review reports, consider adjustments, and plan the next period’s activities. Because we’re your partner, you’ll receive personalized marketing services tailored to your agency’s needs.
During these online or face-to-face meetings, we’ll take a close look at the work that was completed during the prior period, confirming content was accurate and was consistent with your agency’s brand. We’ll take a look at the effect its had on online traffic, engagement, and conversions. We’ll make sure that the activities being performed are contributing to your agencies objectives and overall goal – and if they aren’t, we’ll discuss adjustments.
Besides reviewing Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform specific tools, we’ll work together with your team to design a marketing dashboard that presents the numbers in a way that makes sense to everyone and is easy to understand. It will include Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that we agreed are most important to your agency’s strategy. Finally and most importantly, we’ll be sure to answer your questions and listen to your ideas.
In-between scheduled meetings, your account manager will also be available to answer your questions and discuss any ideas as they come to you.

Coaching calls and Analytics reviews are scheduled quarterly and are included with the purchase of an Agency Website, Local Search, Email Marketing or Social Marketing product.
